Jungheinrich JUNGSTARS – as good as new

Jungheinrich JUNGSTARS – as good as new

JUNGSTARS – used forklift trucks made by Jungheinrich – rank among the best such vehicles on the market.

The company’s high-end refurbishment process ensures that all are in perfect technical and visual condition; and meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

Jungheinrich is so confident of the quality and durability of JUNGSTARS, that they come with the same 12-month warranty as brand-new Jungheinrich forklift trucks.

The 5-Star Principle

JUNGSTARS are refurbished according to Junheinrich’s 5-Star principle. In fact, no used vehicle makes it out of the company’s Used Equipment Centre (in Dresden, Germany), unless it meets these 5-star quality standards.

These 5 inform every step of the refurbishment process:

Star 1: For Safety

Vehicles meet all relevant safety regulations and International Standards

Star 2: For Technology

For forklifts to operate at full capacity, it is imperative that every technical component functions as intended. Jungheinrich spares no expense and goes into the finest detail to ensure this is the case.

Star 3: For Appearance

Following the cleaning and repainting of vehicles and their components, it is difficult even for experts to distinguish JUNGSTARS from new forklift trucks.

Star 4: For Reliability

Jungheinrich is the only company to provide full vehicle disassembly, including exchange or refurbishment of every technical, mechanical and hydraulic component. This reduces the possibility of future dropouts or follow-up costs.

Star 5: For Sustainability

Refurbishment significantly reduces resource and energy consumption – the whole process emits 80 per cent less CO2 than the production of a new truck.

Jungheinrich also guarantees professional and environment-friendly disposal of operating fluids and vehicles that have done their time.

Jungheinrich JUNGSTARS – as good as new. As good as Jungheinrich.
