Intermec ANZ Developers Conference returns in 2010


Supply chain technology professionals from across ANZ to gather in Sydney in March for developers conference with the aim to “Prepare for Tomorrow’s Rugged Business Solutions Today”.
 
Intermec has announced that due to unprecedented industry interest, the ANZ Developers Conference will be held again this year in Sydney from March 2-3. Supported by key sponsors – Avnet, SOTI and Wavelink – the Intermec ANZ Developers Conference will bring together supply chain technology developers from across Australia and New Zealand for key educational and knowledge-sharing sessions.
 
The Intermec Developers Conference is an annual technical conference presented by engineers for industry professionals, end-users, resellers and partners. The theme of the major industry conference in March is to provide ideas, training and solutions for tomorrow’s rugged business needs.
 
The ANZ Developers Conference will have a key note speech delivered by Intermec  vice president of global product development, Phil Danner. Phil has advanced knowledge of supply chain product trends and will provide a unique overview of the software and tools available to Intermec’s partners and customers that will enable them to develop innovative solutions and the maximum amount of code reuse and efficiency. Additionally, there will be a number of hands-on labs including smart printing.
 
Intermec systems engineering manager for Australia and New Zealand Adam Barnier said: “At this year’s conference, developers will learn more about the latest in supply chain technology and how they can combine rugged mobile computers to give their company the tools for tomorrow’s rugged business enjoinment.”
 
“In addition to key knowledge sharing opportunities for a range of mobile computing applications, developers will have the chance to meet recognized engineers from the U.S. and walk away with tools to make developing on Intermec products quicker and easier.”
